I’ve worked with Brandon & Mary at Selling with the Snyders on multiple real estate transactions but this last one really compelled me to write a review… It was a nightmare scenario - divorce, downward market shift, property issues, issues with tenant, issues with buyers, you name it… if there was a problem to be had it showed up on this deal. Not only were Brandon and Mary by my side for the whole thing, they truly helped this problematic deal get to the finish line, and took care of a million little things that came up during the sale. There were constantly bumps in the road and unforeseen circumstances that popped up and they always found an answer and/or managed to fix the issue. Bottom line, it was a tough situation and they got me through it with a successful outcome. They could have just phoned it in and hoped it worked but that’s not their style, they truly care. After hiring them now for the 4th time - I don’t just feel like I’m calling a realtor, I’m calling a friend for help. I would want them by my side in any real estate transaction! - Jon Cosky

Ever since I have lived in Texas, Brandon and Mary have been my Realtors. I have bought two homes so far, both times I’ve had circumstances that I thought would be detrimental to finding or affording a home but these two had moved mountains. Their expertise is big but their hearts are bigger! If you want a realtor that actually cares about you, and will work their a$$ off for you, look no further. I will never ever go with any other realtor so long as I live here and if I could take them with me should I move far away or out of state, I would.
