I have had the pleasure of working with Tony LaThanh three times now to rent an apartment in Houston. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say. Tony makes it clear that he is looking out for your best interests and is always available to help. He is warm and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He’s great at his job and guiding you through the various hassles that come with finding a place. Ive looked for places with Tony knowing exactly what I wanted and with no idea what I was looking for and he was just as great each time. I wouldn’t really want to work with another realtor and am so glad to have met Tony.

I have debated leaving a review for a while but I feel like now is better than never. When me and my wife were looking for a house 2020/2021 we, unfortunately, hooked up with Brandon. We asked to see houses and he was constantly telling us to limit ourselves to just a few instead of the list my wife had with many houses we liked. Eventually, we decided to look on our own and found the neighborhood we live in now. Myself, and my wife, did all of the footwork but opted to use Brandon since we had already been working with him - Brandon and his wife also took our search and moved in to the same neighborhood. Myself and my wife not only found our home, but found theirs for them too. Of course, we still had to pay them for the pleasure of doing nothing, and they never paid us for doing the legwork to find their home. If I was you, the reader, I would avoid this real estate group. They badger, they limit, and then they act like they did the work and want payment for it. Find anyone else, they are not worth your time. 1 Star for helping 1 Star for taking payment despite doing nothing 1 Star for not paying a fee for us doing the work to find their home. Make your own choice, we all have to, but I would use anyone else if you can. There are much better put there that are not backstabbers, back-talkers, and actually put in the work. Brandon - if you have a problem with this review, you have my phone number and you know my house - you can come be a man (for the first time) and discuss it with me like am adult;however, you know what is posted is the absolute truth.
